AutoSense 5.0 is Phonak's latest operating system and features in the Audeo Lumity. This OS has been trained using machine learning to recognize different sound environments, so your hearing aids will adapt their sound settings to suit your current location.

Phonak's directional microphone technology is known as StereoZoom 2.0. If you're using hearing aids and in a loud environment like a restaurant or bar, this setting will direct the microphones in the direction of what you're focusing on. Compared to the fixed directional settings of earlier versions of StereoZoom, this results in a 16% improvement in speech comprehension.

With SpeechSensor, the Audeo Lumity monitors your environment for speech and enhances your ability to hear it from the rear and the sides through its 360-degree speech detection capabilities. The secret? An automated feature determines where the most speech is coming from and adjusts the aid's microphone settings accordingly. On average, SpeechSensor enhances side- and rear-channel speech recognition by 15%.
